What is the Iberian of Campo?
The Iberian de Campo, officially named Cebo de Campo, is an Iberian pig that lives in the open air and feeds on grass, plants and shrubs. Its diet is supplemented by the hand of man with cereals, vegetables and plants.
The iberian campo sausage is made with pig meat and fat, pepper, salt… And, of course, a natural casing for a traditional sausage.
