What is the Iberian of Campo?
The Iberian de Campo, officially named Cebo de Campo, is an Iberian pig that lives in the open air and feeds on grass, plants and shrubs. Its diet is supplemented by the hand of man with cereals, vegetables and plants.
Campo Iberian ham is the hind leg of this pig. This ham has a nutty taste, an incredible tenderness and tasty texture. This whole leg, about 9kg, to slice yourself, will be a delight to your guests’ taste buds.
