What is the Iberian of Campo?
The Ibérico de Campo pig that Dehesa Ibérica selects from its partner producers is an Iberian pig, recognizable by its black legs. It is raised extensively in the Dehesa. Otherwise known as Cebo de Campo, it feeds on high quality cereals, grasses and acorns. It is its diet that, among other things, gives it the unique taste that you have chosen just for you.
The chorizo Chorizo is a balanced blend of lean and fat, made from pieces of Iberian pork belly. The chorizo develops its rich flavour during its natural ageing process of more than sixty days. It is a silky chorizo with a fruity flavour, delicately spiced by the famous Pimenton de la Vera, a paprika chosen for its sweetnes, which gives the chorizo a delicate fragrance.
